Support (4：3) format signal a perfect display in (16：10) widescreen displayer at the
rate of 4:3.

Support (16：9) format signal a perfect display in (16：10) widescreen displayer at the
rate of 16：9.

Support (4：3) format signal a perfect display in (5:4) widescreen displayer at the rate of 4:3.
