TVIA STREAMING MEDIA PROCESSOR IS THE ENGINE FOR ESPRITV INTERNET TELEVISION

　
Santa Clara, Calif., March 26, 2001– Tvia, Inc. (NASDAQ TVIA), announced today that its CyberPro 5050 streaming media processor is a core component in the first fully integrated Internet television developed by EspriTV, Inc., called the EspriTV™ Internet Television. Tvia’s streaming media processor handles all incoming media streams for display onto the television monitor.
