Tvia Processors to be Demonstrated at NAB
CyberPro 5000 shown in Gentner's V-There Video Conferencing System

 Santa Clara, Calif. - April 8, 2002
- Tvia, Inc., (NASDAQ:TVIA), a leading provider of enhanced multi-media processors that enable a blended view of multiple independent sources, announced today that the features of the CyberPro™ 5000 processor will be demonstrated at the National Association of Broadcasters annual conference and exhibition in Las Vegas. Visitors to exhibit booth number L13760, hosted by Gentner, will be able to see the V-There™ line of video conferencing systems, which combine integrated web browsing, Gentner's proprietary AccuMic™ II audio technology, and dual monitor support for enhanced document sharing.

"Utilizing the features in Tvia's enhanced multi-media processors, the V-There product line offers a choice of user-friendly video conferencing systems that simultaneously deliver clear video and audio, PowerPoint ® presentations, and VGA input/output for thousands of dollars less than the competition," said Eugene Kuntz, Gentner's chief operating officer. "We are looking forward to demonstrating its abilities at NAB."

Eli Porat, Tvia's president and chief executive officer said, "The V-There video conferencing line is part of an emerging market for products that are enhancing their capabilities by enabling a blended view of multiple sources. Where we once saw products such as projectors and printers with only one input source and one display function, we are now seeing those products designed to accept multiple sources and offer a variety of display features. " Porat continued, "Tvia's enhanced multi-media processors are uniquely suited to support this emerging market, and we are excited and proud that NAB attendees can see our features enabled at the Gentner booth."

The NAB exhibit hall will be open from Monday, April 8 until Thursday, April 11 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. More information on NAB and the Gentner exhibit is available at http://www.nab.org/conventions/nab2002/.
