Tvia industry leading TrueViewTM digital display processors powers LCD screens in the award winning Thales Top Series

Tvia's TrueViewTM 5202 and newest 5605 are part of the Thales TopSeries In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems. Tvia's digital display processors are used in the cabin seatback and overhead LCD-displays.
 
  SANTA CLARA, Calif.- September 8, 2005 - Tvia, Inc. (Nasdaq:TVIA), leading provider of digital display processors for advanced TV, announces Thales, the fastest growing IFE manufacturer today, has integrated Tvia's TrueView digital display processors in their TopSeries IFE systems to airline fleets worldwide.
Thales IFE system won the prestigious 2005 Frost and Sullivan award for Product Differentiation and Innovation in the field of IFE and Connectivity. The TopSeries system is offered on virtually all Boeing and Airbus single and twin aisle aircraft. The system started to fly in revenue service in 2003 and continues to be selected by a growing number of world airlines. The TopSeries efficient design integrates broadband communications, in-seat power and entertainment into one platform. Display screens are available is sizes 6.4 inch to 42 inch measured diagonally.
